These items increase the wearer's chance of hunting successfully. Mechanically, they add to the skill roll result, depending on the strength of their enchantment. Also, rather curiously, these grant the skill if it is not known by the character. Also, there are cursed versions that hinder skill rolls the same way as the others. While such an adjustment does not really increase a characters abilities dramatically, this kind of enhancement is great for lower level characters, and really adds a lot of flavor to early magic you can give out for minor quests and side quests the like in your campaign. This sort of thing can also be quite customized, allowing the wearer to find game, or the like, to really enhance what experience they have using skill-based challenges and the like. Consider adding something like this in the future when designing and world-building!
